“Primary Choices” in PIMA County Click on any precinct number in the table below to get a flyer that is precisely tailored to fit that precinct’s State and local Democratic candidates in this election: the Legislative (LD) District and the Justice Precinct (JP). In this election there are 47 distinct State/local “voting regions” for the 278 Pima precincts. 12 of the precincts have no voters, so this table links to flyers for 266 precincts. Note that the Congressional candidates are not listed on these flyers because the Northside Democrats is not registered with the Federal Election Commission, so we must limit our efforts to State/local offices. Note also that the candidates listed have officially filed nomination papers, but they may withdraw at any time. ☞ don’t forget that you can write a personal message along with your contact information in the space at the bottom, below the line that says, “For more information, please contact your neighborhood Democratic volunteer:”. To personalize it, you may want to use a different color of ink and perhaps also highlight the precinct number in the list at the top of the page.
If you don’t know what precinct you’re in, just go to the Pima County Recorder’s Web site (click here) and click on “Voter Information”, then click “Find Your Precinct/District”, then enter an address. You’ll get a list of every election district for that address, including the non-partisan-election ones (School, Fire, etc.). |

Sources: The candidates’ names are the official “Ballot Names” listed on the websites of the AZ Secretary of State and the Pima County Department of Elections. The candidates’ websites were taken from their campaign literature or were located by web searches on their names; some candidates appear to have no publicly accessible site as of June 15, 2024.
Printing: be sure to print the flyer in its “Actual size”, or “100%”, without reducing it; that is, if your printer offers you options, don’t choose “fit/shrink to printable area” (or anything like it!). The flyers are in “PDF” format, so it’s best to use Adobe Reader to view and print the document. If you have any problem with viewing or printing, send an e-mail to grassroots@northsidedems.org and we’ll do our best to help solve it. This is a work in progress. Your criticisms, corrections, suggestions, or comments are earnestly solicited and will be gratefully received; please e-mail them to grassroots@northsidedems.org. |
